Elevate your passion for the underwater world as you venture into our Marine Conservation Divemaster Program. This transformative journey blends the art of divemastering with the essence of marine conservation. Through an immersive curriculum and hands-on experience, you'll evolve into a certified divemaster while championing the protection of our oceans. Join us in a voyage where expertise and dedication converge, painting a brighter, sustainable future beneath the waves.
As part of your course we will provide you with the use of standard scuba equipment: BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask & fins, however as a Divemaster candidate we would strongly advise you to consider purchasing your own diving equipment, as you will be more comfortable and confident when you dive with the same equipment all the time. If you are looking to work in the dive industry, you will also need the following:
Dive Computer
Surface Marker Buoy (preferably one with an open-ended bottom)
Finger Spool/Reel
Compass
We would recommend getting a dive computer you can wear on your wrist, and a compass that is integrated into your SPG console.
Any questions? We're here to help! We can advise on travel arrangements, and give you information about the island and our projects. Let us know if you'd like to video chat and get a look at the place and facilities. We can also arrange for you to chat to one of our alumni volunteers, who will be happy to talk to you about their time here, giving you a better idea about what to expect and the things you look forward to.
