Application FAQ

Once you have decided to join us on this adventure, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your application. We will let you know if we need any more details from you to process your application. If you are accepted on to our volunteer program we will then send you an invoice for the cost of your program options and a refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your place on the program. The Balance of the invoice will need to be settled one month prior to arrival.

Spaces are limited on the program each week dependent on diver ability and experience. We request a deposit and information about your diving experience so we can ensure your space is reserved, but also that we have the right amount of people on any one project. Places are booked in a first come, first served basis.
  1. Book your flights and transfers and let us know exactly when you’ll be arriving and departing.
  2. Let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies
  3. Review the RSTC Medical Statement (download here). You will be asked to complete this before you can take part in any diving activities. If you have answered ‘Yes’ to any of the questions on the statement, please consult your doctor to ensure it’s safe for you to take part in diving activities.
  4. Review the packing list on the welcome package that you will receive upon application to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Please let us know if there is anything you are not sure about!
